Do I need to copy all of my customers, products etc from Xero into Smartworks?
No, Smartworks keeps in sync with your Xero customers, products, etc available so there is no need to import anything.
Does Smartworks create its own invoices? And how do these sync up with Xero?
Smartworks creates invoices directly into your Xero system so that is up to date at all times.
We have thousands of products setup in Xero, do we really need all of these to come through to Smartworks?
Smartworks allows to select which products you want available to your team, and you can categorize these into groups to make product lookup simple
Can our on-call techs make their own jobs for breakdowns in the middle of the night?
Yes! Smartworks allows team members to create new jobs and start filling out their paperwork right away. Making overnight and weekend callout jobs behave just the same as any other job.
How is Smartworks different to Xero?
